The information we collect encompasses, but is not limited to, details regarding yourself such as your name, address, email address (or other contact details), age, gender, race, National Registration Identification Card (NRIC) number, financial information such as your bank balance, bank transactions, assets, liabilities, income, credit facilities, and records with other financial service providers. The purpose of this information is to establish your identity, background, financial position, creditworthiness, and suitability for the products and services offered by Ample Capital and our business partners, if applicable.
We may obtain this information directly from you and from various sources, including but not restricted to:
- Through your dealings with us, such as information supplied by you in application forms, while using our products or services, when participating in customer surveys, competitions, and promotions, and during financial assessments;
- Via your spoken, written, and email communications with us and/or our authorized agents;
- From an analysis of how you manage and use your account(s)/facility(ies) with us, the transactions you perform, and the payments that are made to your account(s)/facility(ies);
- From third parties, such as employers, credit reference information providers, government/statutory agencies, and/or
